How does it work?
- Select a trade fair event and system stand at www.mystand.com and configure the stand with the help of our online configurator (it takes about 2 minutes).
- The entire configuration process is simple, intuitive and requires no prior knowledge.
- You will immediately receive a binding offer with a detailed service description and, within the next 3 working days, an exact colored 3D visualization of your trade fair stand.
- You can either order your configured trade fair stand at once or you can take your time to make decisions - since you can save different stand configurations in your myStand account and come back to them at any time.
- For advice, queries and special requests, a knowledgeable German and English speaking customer service representative is available at any time via e-mail and phone.
- Once you made the decision and ordered your stand, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice.
- You will also receive login details for the lead management app myStand Leads.
- You can modify your stand at any time after making the order or change the additional equipment, furniture, lighting, etc.
- The day before the fair starts your booth will be ready for handling over at 8 am. We can also finish your stand at an earlier date if requested.
- At the trade fair, a customer service representative will be there for you and you can reach him or her at any time by phone.
- If you have change requests concerning your stand, contact your customer service representative and we will send a technician or fitter to your stand within an hour.
- If you require additional equipment (lights, cables, furniture, etc.), you can order it at any time by phone or via our configurator online shop. Our service team will bring the desired items to your stand within an hour.
